After over 7 years of wrangling wedding parties, soothing fraying nerves and keeping events on track as a photographer you now have the option to book these services separately! Base Rate: $1200
Base rates for coordination include event support the month leading up to the big day, up to 8 hours of on-site coordination day of (set up, clean up, vendor payments/tips, management of timeline etc.) vendor recommendations, and an assistant for extra hands-on help!
Additional hours of on site coordination: $200/hour
Additional hours of assistant on site: $75/hour
Additional pre-event planning/booking assistance and coordination support: starting at $300
Non-profit organizations receive up to a 40% discount off of regular rates. To be considered for our discounted rates please submit an inquiry to firstname.lastname@example.org with information on the scope of the event, support you're looking for, the date of your event, and your organization information.
Let Kendall Lauren take charge of your wedding day, we will bring the vision you and your partner have created to fruition allowing you to be present and enjoy your day! We will get to know you and the details of your plans in the month leading up to your wedding and take care of confirming your vendors, making sure the set up is just as you had imagined and dealing with any "Uh Oh!" moments before news travels that anything even happened.
